After a long day walking the North Downs Way, I was welcomed and found the hotel clean. The lounge area had an honesty bar. I appreciate a good drink, and it was nice to relax here. The breakfast was friendly and good.
There was no garden for relaxation, and some rooms were basic.

The modern decor was delightful, making me feel very comfortable during my stay. The lounge area, too, was inviting, offering a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a drink while catching up on the news.
A lift would greatly enhance accessibility for seniors.

The room was super comfy and clean. I really liked the modern decor and the nice bathroom with excellent water pressure. The bed was comfy too, which made for a great night's sleep. Only downside was the carpet, which, while clean, isn’t everyone's favorite. But overall, it felt cozy and inviting.

Perfect for a getaway!
We had a lovely stay! The room was super spacious and had these amazing views of the cathedral. The staff were so friendly and totally went out of their way to help us—shoutout for the honesty bar too! Only thing is, the hills on the way to town can be a bit tiring, haha!

I enjoyed a warm welcome from Caroline upon arrival. The room was clean and had been recently decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom facilities were excellent, with a powerful shower that maintained temperature well. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, with generous portions and delicious options. the room felt quite cramped for our needs, lacking sufficient storage space. the kettle's cord was too short, making it awkward to use. I noticed the parking charge was an unexpected extra, and cleanliness wasn't consistent as I found some hair on the carpet.

excellent water pressure in showers, thoughtful amenities for business travelers, proximity to public transport
Rooms lack air conditioning!!! Small and cramped bathroom facilities left little room for toiletries!!! Limited storage space also made it difficult to organize luggage!!!

Navigating a busy town, I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the friendly staff and the taste of the square hamburgers served during my stay. The single room was modern and clean, featuring high-quality furnishings. the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable during hotter days, and the compact layout of the shower room limited convenience. An extended breakfast time would also enhance the experience.
